Please find our Shipping and Return policy below. However, we just want to re- assure you that we are very customer friendly and deeply value our customer relationships and their happiness. We always strive to be accommodative of your requests to the best of our ability, something which our loyal and happy customer base is proof of.

Shipping Policy

  • We work with some of the best-known logistics companies to deliver your products to you in a seamless and hassle-free manner.
  • Shipping is free in India for all orders – Prepaid and COD. COD facility will not be available on Custom Size/design Stitched Wear
  • Our delivery timelines are normally between 5 to 9 days. However currently shipments are taking longer to be delivered on account of COVID 19 due to goods movement restrictions and lack of manpower at courier companies. Hence we request you to be patient during these times.
  • For Made to Order and Custom Size/Design stitched wear additional time of 4-7 days will be taken to deliver the order over normal delivery time.

Please note that at times delivery times are subject to factors beyond our control – like travel delays from our shipping partners, strikes, weather trouble, etc. But we assure you that we will do our best in ensuring that your shipment reaches you at the earliest.

Return Policy

Making a purchase indicates that you have acknowledged, understood, and agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions

  • We strongly recommend that the customer should read the product description & have a look at all the pictures before ordering. You can also whatsapp us at +91 9999624611 to know more details about the product – size, color, type of work etc if needed.
  • There may be minor color differences in actual product from the picture as color depends on the screen resolution of the device used by the client and camera lights.
  • There may be minor inconsistencies in hand made designs, block prints, embroidered designs as they are part of the manufacturing process itself and add to product uniqueness.
  • All the sale, discounted purchases are non returnable, non refundable & non exchangeable.
  • Only products which are unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged will be eligible for returns. Desi Sandook does not provide any guarantee on post wash fabric shrinkage or color bleed.
  • Returns are not allowed for Made to Order (will be indicated in individual product description) and Custom Size/Design stitched wear.
  • Customer needs to intimate our team for return at +91 9999624611 within 24 hours of receiving the delivery and get an acknowledgement from our team on the same. No return requests to be acknowledged after 24 hours of receiving the product.

  • The cost of return shipping is at the customer’s expense and is non-refundable. We recommend returning items through traceable mail (We do not have reverse pick up facility ), as any returned items that is not received by us will be treated as not returned. Please do not forget to take acknowledgement receipt from the courier person about the number of products you are dispatching with his signature and mobile number. Desi Sandook will not be responsible for any lost shipment.
  • Customer has the option to exchange for a different product or get a refund in their Google Pay, Paytm or Bank accounts. For all return requests there will be an ADDITIONAL Rs 100 DEDUCTION for Unstitched Suits and Rs 150 DEDUCTION for Stitched wear to partially cover for shipping and other expenses incurred at our end.
