Shipping Policy

We work with some of the best-known logistics companies to deliver your products to you in a seamless and hassle-free manner.

  • Shipping is free in India for all orders – Prepaid and COD. COD facility will not be available on Custom Size/design Stitched Wear.
  • Our delivery timelines are generally as follows. Del-NCR (2-4 days), North India (3-6 days), Rest of India (5-9 days).
  • For Made to Order and Custom Size/Design stitched wear additional time of 4-7 days will be taken to deliver the order over normal delivery time.
  • Please Note that No Missing article complaint from the parcel will be taken up without a parcel opening video.
  • Please note that at times delivery times are subject to factors beyond our control – like travel delays from our shipping partners, strikes, weather trouble, etc. But we assure you that we will do our best in ensuring that your shipment reaches you at the earliest.

Exchange Policy

Making a purchase indicates that you have acknowledged, understood, and agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions

  • We strongly recommend that the customer should read the product description & have a look at all the pictures before ordering. You can also whatsapp us at +91 9999624611 or +91 9311683456 to know more details about the product – size, color, type of work etc if needed.
  • There may be minor color differences in actual product from the picture as color depends on the screen resolution of the device used by the client and camera lights.
  • There may be minor inconsistencies in hand made designs, block prints, embroidered designs as they are part of the manufacturing process itself and add to product uniqueness.
  • All the sale, discounted purchases are non refundable & non exchangeable.
  • Only products which are unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged will be eligible for exchange. Desi Sandook does not provide any guarantee on post wash fabric shrinkage or color bleed.
  • Exchange are not allowed for Custom Size or designed Made to Order items
  • Customer needs to intimate our team for exchange at +91 9999624611 or +91 9311683456 within 48 hours of receiving the delivery and get an acknowledgement from our team on the same.

  • The cost of exchange shipping is at the customer’s expense and is non-refundable. We recommend sending items through traceable mail (We provide Reverse pick up facility chargeable at the rate of Rs 75 per product ), as any exchanged items that is not received by us will be treated as not exchanged. Please do not forget to take acknowledgement receipt from the courier person about the number of products you are dispatching with his signature and mobile number. Desi Sandook will not be responsible for any lost shipment.
  • Customer has the option to exchange for a different product once the merchandise is received by us.
